Neoseiulus californicus for spider mite control

Neoseiulus californicus (=Amblyseius californicus) are small, beige coloured predatory mites that can be used for biological control of spider mites. The californicus predatory mite is 0,5mm in size and moves quickly over the leaves, searching for spider mites. They feed on the eggs, larvae and adult stages of spider mites. compared to Phytoseiulus persimilis the californicus predatory mite is better suited for hotter/ dryer conditions. They also survive longer when prey is scarce.

Usage
For preventative use, 100 predaotry mites per m2
for curative use, 250-500 predatory mites per m2

The predatory mites can be easily distributed by scattering the carrier medium over the leaves.
